The goal is to provide your sellers with a greater ability to control the times when a lockbox may be used, and when they prefer that it is not. The developers have always felt that as REALTORS® we owe our clients the highest level of service we are able to provide, and certainly consideration for the privacy of the residents of the property is part of that service.
The Access Control Cards are designed to fit on all types of lockboxes. The two shown here are manufactured by Supra. The photos demonstrates the card on the new style, and on the old style box. The Access Control Cards are laminated for both weather resistance and durability. The ink used for printing is resistant to sun fading.
